WiFi on an SD Card? Coming soon.
So, it isn’t clothing related, but a bunch of us at Shirts of Bamboo are geeks — so, check out this beta for WiFi, plus storage, on an SD card. Would be nice to use my phone on the wi-fi network at my house if they can figure that out.

HField Wi-Fire High-Gain Wireless USB Adapter
Saw a note about this in Popluar Mechanics and it sounded cool. New Hi-Gain Antenna arrived and is installed. Initial tests are AMAZING. Normally, my laptop (Averatec 3700 Series) gets one bar in the main room at my place. The wireless sending unit is in the other room, which is beyond a 6″ thick concrete […]

It’s that time of the year — election time.
Here’s todays tip – Vote Smart provides a non-partisan review of all the candidates and issues in your area. Just type in your 9 digit zip code (look for the number on any bill) and up comes links to all the state and national offices, and state referrendums. Some of the candidates don’t fill out the […]

Check out Greenfloor.com for cork and other recycled floors.
And for bamboo from certified forests, EcoTimber. They also sell salvaged lumber as well. Check out their clearance section.
For your countertops, try Totally Bamboo.
Or 100% recycled glass tiles from Sand Hill.
